When the jacket arrived, I was bummed to find I ordered the wrong size. The jacket was a nice quality and easy to get on with the zipper on top.
The customer service was excellent. They were super helpful in getting me the correct size.
I got a lot of communication on my order from when I placed it to when it was in transit until arrival.

Love this coat! It’s so easy to get on and off, and is much more comfy for my dogs who normally wear harnesses up close to their skin. I was worried a large for 11 lb. dogs would be too big, but the length is spot-on and even though my dogs are lean, the adjustment for the harness portion take care of any slack. Better still, the dogs seem to love the coats, too. Haven’t gotten to try them in rainy/snowy weather yet, but I have little doubt they’ll be great. Very well made. I strongly recommend this product.

This coat fits my Boston perfectly. She had neck surgery and can no longer wear a collar. She wears a harness at all times so we can help when needed and it's such a pain to have to readjust every time we go for a walk outside and need to fit it over her jacket. The built-in harness in this coat is fantastic and works very well.
